Shri Vaishnav Shekshanik and Parmarthik Trust has got registered in 1981 under Charitable Act of MP State. The trust has been relentlessly working for the uplift of the society and country providing better technical education, health centers and schools. Under the guidance of the trustees SVITS in its eleven successful years has become an elite degree engineering college imparting quality education. The trust under which institution runs is charitable and all of the promoters of the Institution are well known industrialists and working for society.
